Hartville High School Graduates must have 30 total credits to graduate.
English: 4 credits (English I, II, III, Applied Communications, Literature Appreciation, Folklore/Mythology, College Prep English, or Summer School English IV)
Math: 3 credits (Pre-Algebra, Algebra IA, Algebra IB, Algebra I, Algebra II, Applied Algebra II, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, College Algebra or Statistics)
Science: 3 credits (Physical Science, Biology, Zoology, Applied Science--Engineering, Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, or College Biology)
Social Studies: 3 credits (American History, American Government, World History)
Fine Art: 1 credit (Band, Choir, Theatre, Painting/Sculpting, Fibers/Textiles, Music Appreciation Piano, or Jazz Band)
Practical Art: 1 credit (Ag Science, Animal Science, Ag Structures, General Shop, Woods, Cabinetry, Foods & Nutrition & Wellness, Child Development, Pro Start, others as offered)
PE: 1 credit (PE or Weight Training)
Technology: 1 credit (Multimedia, Web Design, Adv. Computer Apps, Computer Apps, Desktop)
Health: 1/2 credit
Personal Finance: 1/2 credit

NAIA Eligibility:
Freshman Eligibility
To be eligible for NAIA competition, a freshman student must:
Be a graduate of an accredited high school or be accepted as a regular student in good standing at the enrolling institution
Meet two of three entry-level academic requirements:
1) Test Score - Minimum score of: ACT – 18 or SAT - 860 [Critical Reading and Math sections only]
2) HS GPA - Minimum overall high school GPA of 2.0 on 4.0 on a scale
3) Class Rank – Top 50% of high school graduating class
